Not getting the results you wanted in the election doesn’t give you the green light to beat people with metal pipes, try to set people on fire, punch people in the head so hard that they’re covered in blood, set fire to public property, and demolish businesses owned by hardworking people. That’s the mentality of a baby who throws a tantrum because he didn’t get the toy he wanted for his birthday. Except the danger here is unlike a baby, adults have the capability to create extremely destructive and violent situations if they don’t get a hold of themselves.

For crying out loud, if you think any of what’s been going on is a normal or acceptable reaction, then that’s very alarming. Everyone who has been rioting and engaging in violent behavior has been reacting to false information festering in the news/social media, fear mongering, or pure hatred and an inability to accept the fact that someone they personally dislike won. And the biggest irony of all is these rioters are the ones claiming to be all for love and peace (“love trumps hate!”, right?) and so against violence, yet they’re totally okay with resorting to violence and pass it off as their “method” of being heard? So violence is wrong to them.. so long as it doesn’t suit their personal agenda. Then it’s okay. Right. The hypocrisy is unbelievable at this point.

Wasn’t it these people saying the right was gonna riot in the streets if they lost the election?

But now it’s “we wouldn’t have to hurt you if you’d voted OUR way”??
